Going 3-0 last Thursday were Paul and Sophia, gaining 35 and 31 points respectively.   Jason U made a tidy little rating gain of 20. 

Sophia has demonstrated an interesting all or nothing mentality over the last 3 weeks, going 3-0, 0-3 and 3-0.  I wonder if she’ll decide to stay home this Thursday. 

Chuck has the distinction of walking into the club for the first time last week and walking out undefeated, with a 2-0 record.   He soundly defetated his opponents, by about 100 points each.   His inaugural club rating is 1048.  Welcome Chuck and hope to see you back. 

Mark Edelson posted a new high game of 615.    

In the club championship A division, Vijay overtook second place, while Jason climbed to third. 

In the club championship B division, our leaders hold thier positions:  Shauna, Dave and Valeria.  Sophia makes a statement, forging ahead 34. 

On a different note, Congratulations to Joseph!  Last Saturday, he marched forward, the graduation march, receiving his Masters in Theological Studies.   Best wishes from all your friends at the Mississauga Scrabble Club.
