Our 2024 Annual Members’ Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 6:15PM at Mississauga Valley Community Centre, prior to our regular weekly club meetup. The purpose of the Annual Members’ Meeting is to review the previous year, take a look at what’s ahead, and demonstrate to members that the governance of the club is sound. The club Treasurer will provide a summary of our financial outlook. The organizing team will share some of the plans and good practices we are aiming to implement in the coming year. If you are interested in serving on a potential role as a volunteer to help advance the club, please let us know.
