Our 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 6:15PM at South Common Community Centre at 2233 South Millway, prior to our regular weekly club meetup. The purpose of the AGM is to review the previous year, take a look at what’s ahead, and demonstrate to member that the governance of the club is sound. The club Treasurer will provide a summary of our financial outlook. The organizing team will share some of the plans and good practices we are aiming to implement in the coming year. If you are interested in serving on a potential role as a volunteer to help advance the club, please let us know.
